Minimum stay is 7 days, change over day should be saturday We speak german, english, greek and a little bit french (and if you write an e-mail we normally understand spanish and italian)

The next sandy beach is 800m away Rooms 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, Kitchen with a large table, living with fireplaceSleeping rooms 3 Sleeping rooms are on the first floor, one of them with 2 single beds, 2 with double beds. On purpose we can put 2 babycots (Children up to 2 years) inside. In all our sleeping rooms are moskitonets.
Bathroom There are 2 bathrooms, one on the first floor with 2 sinks, tube/Shower, Bidet and one downstairs with shower, sink and WC. A hairdryer is inside
The WC Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffeemachine
Living Cretan Kanapees, HiFI, books, games, fireplace,
Eating Inside or outside in the garden you find tables up to 8 people Others.... We have central heating in all the rooms and airconditioning (in the sleeping rooms and living/kitchen. Washing machine, iron, shower outside, babychair, sunchairs, BBQ, safe, parking ...only pets are not allowed.... What do we do for our guests Towles, cloths, blankets you find in the house Weekly cleaning when you stay longer than 13 days We care for the pool and the garden

In den Oster- und ab den Herbstferien bis einschließlich zumindestens März ist Zentralheizung inklusive Für die Schlussreinigung berechnen wir 90 EUR, Wasser und Strom sind inklusive (außer Strom für Nutzung der Klimaanlage).
