How to find us

From the airport Heraklion: motorway to "Iraklion - Rethimnon - Chania". 

                     Ankunft= Arrival

After 10 km turn right to "Mires-Phaestos-Timbaki". In a round you now underride the motorway and turn right to freeway 97 to "Mires-Timbaki". Continue on this street for about 45 minutes. This street is very very well completed at the beginning and gets more narrow the more you drive. Take the new street which is signed behind the village Sivas "Phaistos, Gortina" because the old one stops after a few kilometres. Pass mountains and valleys, the villages Agia Várvara, Agia Déka and come to the little town Míres.

From here you are 10 km away from the exit to Phaistos, Mátala, Pitsídia at you left hand side. Take this exit and follow the street over the hill, passing the cultural sight Phaistos. Drive downhill throught Agios Ioannis and to Pitsídia or to Matala. 

To the Villas: behind the stonebuilt busstation to the right

To the hotel: follow the street until Matala. 60m behind the blue sign MATALA you find the hotel XENOPHON on the right hand side
